Visiting Omaha’s Miracle on Farnam

If you’re new to Omaha, something you should know is that this city loves to celebrate the holidays.

Midtown Crossings is currently hosting a beautiful holiday lights and store windows display called Miracle on Farnam. Less than a half mile from The Highline it invites people to explore the shopping area and be transported to another time.

Local museums, art, and educational facilities have all created store front window displays. Take note of your favorite as you walk around and make sure to vote for them by popping into Wohlners. The Baer Foundation will award a $3,000 prize to the organization with the most votes. This is the window display for the Henry Doorly Zoo.

You may even run into some carolers on the streets! It truly is a magical event. Make sure to visit between now and January 1st. It’s open nightly and is free to all!
